Toronto’s Castle is full of secret passages to explore; soaring towers to climb, with views of the cityscape. Traverse the 800ft. underground tunnel photo exhibit and gain perspective on the darker side of life and history of early 20th century Canadian life.
The historical Casa Loma stables are home to a collection of pristine condition antique cars in-line with the time of the Castle.

The Casa Loma Gardens tour is a 60–90-minute tour of the grounds led by one of Casa Loma’s very own gardeners. The tour starts in the castle courtyard amongst the beautiful rose garden and continues through the various perennial gardens, the wooded grove, conservatory, and newly installed vegetable garden. The gardener will take you through the history of the gardens and teach you about the plants, pollinators, and future plans for the estate. As group sizes do not exceed 20 people, you will have plenty of time to have a closer look, ask questions, and take plenty of pictures. - Climb soaring towers to view historical architecture and the city from atop
- Traverse the 800ft. underground tunnel photo exhibit acquiring insight to the hardships of the city in the early 20th century
- View original stables and antique cars
- Participate in the horticultural aspects of the castle through its potting shed and surrounding grounds
- Discover the life of Sir Henry Pellatt and his family through a documentary presentation
- Casa Loma Teacher’s Guide available upon request
- Students may bring bag lunches and eat on-site or lunch is available for purchase in our café.
